Q: Are appointments required?
A: All sessions are by appointment only. This includes the appointment for your session as well as to view your images, to place orders, and the final pick-up of your photo order. If for some reason you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be rescheduled.

Q: What are your studio hours?
A: Our studio hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Q: Do you use film or digital?
A: We use digital.

Q: When is the best time of the day to do an Outdoor Portrait session?
A: The best time for an outdoor session is about one hour before sunset. This lighting is called “the golden light” by photographers and produces a soft light on your face.

Q: How long will the session last?
A: Each session varies but usually you can count on forty-five minutes to an hour.

Q: When are my payments due?
A: All session fees are due at the time of confirmation. We ask that you pay fifty percent of the photo order balance when you place your order and the remaining balance is due when you receive your images.

Q: What is your guarantee?
A: We have a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund all of your money.

Q: When will my final portraits be ready for me to pick up?
A: Your final photo order should be ready in two to three weeks. You would be informed if there is a delay by the lab.

Q: How do you select your final images?
A: We use a projection system that projects your images onto a large screen. Our clients tell us that it is an easy and fun to choose.
